Housing

 For short-term furnished accommodation:

  • Search for properties and accompanied visits (one day)

  • Negotiation with the real estate agency

  • Establishing rental deposit with a bank, other institution or an insurance company

  • Connection of telephone and electricity services upon possession of property

  • Moving-in inspection and inventory

  • Upon departure, cancellation of the rental contract

  • Upon departure, disconnection of telephone and electricity services

  • Cleaning services provided (plus washing and ironing of bed linen, household linen, etc.) for :

    • furnished studio

    • furnished apartment (max. 3 bedrooms)

  • Moving-out inspection

  • Cancellation of rental deposit guarantee and reimbursement, as appropriate

For company apartments: 

  • Search for relevant studios or apartments including furnishing and decoration

For long-term unfurnished accommodation (minimum 1-year contract):

  • Search for properties (apartments/houses) and accompanied visits

  • Negotiation with the real estate agencies or owners

  • Establishing rental deposit with a bank, other institution or an insurance company

  • Relevant administration with utility companies (electricity & gas)

  • Relevant administration with other providers (telephone/Internet/mobile phone & TV)

  • Establishing contact with an insurance company for private liability, household insurances and other insurances, if required

  • Moving-in inspection

  • Establishing maintenance contracts for properties

  • Providing useful information to clients regarding life in Geneva

  • Providing support to clients, if required, for a maximum of six months beyond signature of contract, in relation to their accommodation
